Julian is a seasoned portfolio entrepreneur. In 1999, he established his first business, an IT Support company, which he sold in 2025 after 25 profitable years. He is an award-winning UK BNI Executive Director and a Founding Partner of the highly successful business coaching company Integrus Global.

Julian is the co-author of two Amazon Best-Selling books: Infinite Giving—the 7 Principles of Givers Gain and Infinite Legacy—the 7 principles of creating an impact with your life. He co-authored both with BNI Founder Dr Ivan Misner, Ph.D, and Greg Davie “The Storyfella."

Julian's heart beats for rugby union, a sport he played for 30 years. To unwind, he enjoys watching live rugby, cycling with friends, and celebrating life with positive people. He also shares his love for Arsenal (Soccer Club) with his two sons.
