With an impressive 35-year career in leadership positions, Dave rose through the ranks, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a global real estate franchise, all through the power of networking and embodying the Givers Gain® philosophy, even before discovering BNI.

A former collegiate ice hockey player, he is competitive, fearlessly authentic, and proud of the accomplishments of his teams, both past and future.

Dave believes that teams achieve more together, and that the power of the team comes from individual strengths and diversity. Dave has been married to his wife Jane for 37 years and has 4 amazing adult children, two of whom are proud BNI Members, as well as two beautiful granddaughters. He is passionate about family, sports, travel, and most of all, helping others achieve their dreams and success.
